Deathnote Episode 22, has been subbed by kuro-hana. A development from last week's episode in terms of the pacing of the story, the animation is still solid and crisp. It started from Misa confirming to them that Higuchi is Kira, and we still don't know what L is thinking as per the confirmation of kira's identity and how Misa did it. The next move will be to caught Higuchi(kira) in the act of killing somebody, how he does the killing, what methods he uses. L's gameplan is to force Higuchi in killing someone where that someone is to reveal his identity as kira in national tv (sakura tv, the same station used by Misa (second kira) in the last episodes), that someone is no other than Matsuda. L had weddy bugged the house of Higuchi and all his cars in order to trace and see everything that Higuchi is doing. And the plan went smoothly as how they planned it, as the interview in sakura progresses and Matsuda hinting that he will reveal the identity of Kira, Higuchi panicked, called everyone from yatsuba asking the real name of matsuda since he knew that it's an alias, he called the agency where matsuda works as the manager of Misa, talked to the owner and ask for the real name of Matsuda but he is forced to go to the office himself because the owner is in vacation and just pointed him where he put the files (of course this is L's plan), the last scene was Higuchi driving to the office tailed by Weddy (the bugger girl of L) while Higuchi is really desperate to get the real name of Matsuda, Rem is ofcourse in the car just observing him.
